This week’s guest is yoga and fitness instructor Kristin McGee, who trains such celebs as Tina Fey and Bethenny Frankel (as well as the rest of us). McGee’s an uber-credentialed yogi, a Pilates instructor, and an ACE certified personal trainer who’s passionate about strength training for yogis. Here’s why she says you might really want to integrate it into your practice.
