fitness, beauty, nutrition, and a little R&R at the spa

B) 2:30 – Flow and Glow Yoga with Narween Otto

C) Create your own schedule, using the weight and cardio decks.

In this 10-minute interactive talk, you’ll learn how to cleanse your skin (and how often), what ingredients do the trick, and try samples of Shaffali’s purifying products.
