The beads are from Ashram Chic, her own about-to-launch line of custom-made mala beads. Dr. Ruelas, who’s also a certified yoga teacher, has the beads made in India where she works in a volunteer eye clinic. The proceeds from the mala beads will go to benefit the eye clinic.
