Join Barry’s Bootcamp instructor Noah Neiman (star of our “Hottest outdoor boot camp dudes” article), along with Lole and Fitist, for a get in-shape sweatfest at sunset. Free

Saturday, August 17, 9:15 a.m.

Everyone’s welcome at the outdoor boot camp class hosted by As One, the popular Columbus Circle high-intensity workout.  But the class is designed to specifically benefit those prepping for mud runs and other adventure races. $40

Monday, August 19, 7:30 a.m.

Start your week off right with early morning yoga on Pier 6, led by instructors from the Dodge YMCA. This is the last class in this summer long series, so downward dog it in Dumbo while you still can. Free
