At the annual ECA/OBOW World Fitness Conference, New York’s trainers and fitness class instructors come together to learn from each other, check out competing or innovative methods, and scout workout trends.

But this year (March 6–9), the conference is courting fitness junkies, too, with a special “fitness enthusiast” Sunday day rate that will allow those who typically spend their weekends darting between barre and boot camp a chance to do so under one roof.

And there are a decent number of hot classes workout groupies may want to take throughout the weekend, like Pound, Holly Rilinger’s Training Camp, Adam Rosante’s Waveshape, Jillian Michaels’ Bodyshred, and old faves like IntenSati and Core Fusion. Plus talks on topics like eating Paleo and mind-body fitness with SoulCycle’s Stacey Griffith.

The most intriguing offering is a two-hour Fitist mash-up class led by FlyBarre’s Kara Liotta, Barry’s Bootcamp’s Noah Nieman, Layla Luciano of SLT and Barry’s Bootcamp, and Natalie Uhling of SLT and NuFit. We can’t even imagine what that class could possibly look like, but it sounds like it will be pretty memorable—especially when you try to get out of bed Monday morning. —Lisa Elaine Held
