Whether you’re spending February 14 with a Valentine or cursing your ex(es), endorphins really can’t hurt. Plus, you’ll need to burn off the chocolate—a food that caters nicely to those on either side of the  romance-focused holiday.

So, we rounded up all of the Valentine’s Day workouts that are happening around the city this week.

You’ll notice an overabundance of partner yoga workshops that involve Thai massage as well as (possibly therapeutic) classes that involve taking out your dating rage on an Everlast bag at Crunch to learning dance moves at Bari that would effectively “seduce Justin Timberlake.”
