The New York Post reports that Equinox “is negotiating to shell out between $15 million and $25 million for [Soul Cycle], with plans to rebrand its own in-house spinning studios under the SoulCycle name.”

While the deal is far from done, this could be very good news for New York City spin enthusiasts.
