Athleta announced its sponsored athletes for 2013, and this year, the company chose 45 inspiring, fit women—including 94-year-old Tao Porchon-Lynch, the world’s oldest yoga teacher.

According to DNAinfo.com, a new restaurant in Brooklyn is offering dinner and yoga under one roof. The combo facility, Take Root, is in Cobble Hill.

Brooklyn also became the home of the city’s first Parkour gym, according to FreeWilliamsburg.com. Bklyn Beast, in Bushwick, will also offer classes in Capoeira, breakdancing, and yoga.

Aerospace had a busy week, with the Victoria’s Secret models taking over the space on Tuesday and Richard Simmons hosting a workout on Thursday.
