Welcome to Wellness Confidential, our quick-fire interview series where we ask hard-hitting (okay, entertaining) wellness questions, lightning round-style.

Today we’re quizzing celeb hair stylist Sunnie Brook, who has been helping clients like Dianna Agron and Hailee Steinfeld get red carpet-ready for more than 15 years.

The one song that I’ve been playing on repeat

Formation by Beyonce.

The one beauty product that I’m always replenishing

Mario Badescu facial spray—and this one for hair.

The workout I’m currently obsessed with

Pop Physique, a combo of ballet, yoga, and Pilates.

My most memorable sweaty moment is

The first time I did SoulCycle. WHOA!

The last time I used my oven

Earlier this week, to make roasted sweet potatoes.

My go-to spot for date night with my BF/GF/BFFs

Soho House, or the Baroness Bar for the best burgers in New York City.

First thing I did when I woke up this morning

Turned off my alarm and snuggled back in bed with my boyfriend.

One way I’ve given back that I’m proud of

I support the women of Two Wings, who help provide mentoring and education for survivors of the sex trade in Southern California. It’s inspiring to see the women in this nonprofit become empowered in their unique talents and create a life they believe in.

The one wellness trend you’ll never see me try

Hot yoga.

Where I go when I  need to be alone

Bubble baths.

If sugar was a superfood, my diet would consist of

Chocolate. Ice cream. Sticky toffee. Yum, yum, yum. Need I say more?

Maybe Brook could get some SoulCycle tips from star instructor Akin Akman, who also spilled his wellness secrets to us. And P.S. on dark chocolate: Turns out, not only can it be healthy , it actually can make you smarter.
