Lest you think that Manhattan is just about fashion, finance, and fine dining, two spirituality events next week speak to a deeper, soul-seeking side of New Yorkers.

The Reveal Conference, hosted by Meggan Watterson, and “Our Inner Lives: Spirit, Faith & Action,” an event that will feature Marianne Williamson as the keynote, are based on spiritual and global transformation through women leadership.

Both have in common the idea that your personal spiritual transformation can affect positive change in the world, not just in your own life.

The Reveal Conference, on May 18, a daylong gathering that’s “one part fiery soul voices, one part ritual, and one part dance party,” says Reveal founder-author Meggan Watterson. It’ll build your spiritual community and you’ll be seriously inspired. Speakers include Watterson, Latham Thomas, Kate Northrup, Gabrielle Bernstein, and Alisa Vitti. We hear it takes place in a hall that looks like Harry Potter’s Hogwarts. Tickets are $250 (includes lunch and luxe gift bags), available for purchase here. May 18, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m, Union Theological Seminary in Manhattan, 121st Street & Broadway.
