green juice spinach blueberrySpinach-Blueberry-Apple-Lemon

A small handful of spinach (1-2 ounces)
1 pint of blueberries (10 ounces)
1 Granny Smith apple
1 lemon

Wash spinach, blueberries, and apple. Core the apple and cut it into quarters. Cut the peel away from the lemon. Run all the ingredients through the juicer. Run any wet pulp back through the juicer. Scrape off the foam and serve.

A big handful of spinach (3 ounces)
3 medium stalks of kale
2 Golden Delicious apples
1/2 large cucumber
small handful parsley, long steams removed (1/2 ounce)
1 lemon

Wash all the ingredients. Cut the peel from the lemon. Quarter and core the apples; cut the cucumber into pieces that will fit through a juicer. Run all the ingredients through the juicer. Run any wet pulp back through the juicer. Scrape off the foam and serve. For an Apple-Ginger variation, add a 1-inch piece of peeled ginger when juicing.

A big handful of spinach (3 ounces)
2 medium carrots
¼ pineapple
Small bunch cilantro (1/2 ounce; optional)
1 lime
1 drop liquid cayenne

Wash the spinach, carrots, and cilantro (optional). Cut the peel away from the pineapple and cut it into pieces that will fit through juicer. Cut the peel away from the lime. Run the spinach, carrots, pineapple, cilantro (optional), and lime through the juices. Run any wet pulp back through the juicer. Scrape off the foam, stir in liquid cayenne, and serve.
