Kristen Bell has proven herself more than worthy of all of our idolization and attention over the past few years.

Think: crying from excitement when a sloth arrives to her birthday party, spending less than $200 on her wedding to Dax Shepard, and speaking out to fight the stigma associated around mental health—and those are just a few of the hilarious/adorable/amazing things the actress has done.

When she pulled up to the Emmy Awards yesterday, she stunned in a floor-length, floral Zuhair Murad gown, but her accessories weren't as glamorous. When asked what perfume she was wearing by Giuliana Rancic, Bell responded, "Amber oil—I get it at Whole Foods." While some have speculated that the perfume is Nemat Fragrances Amber Perfume Oil, there is another brand that is 100% natural essential oils—for under $3. (If you need suggestions, Kristen?)

The hilarious actress also gave us a glimpse into her Emmy prep process—including her secret boob-lifting body tape, under-eye and lip sheet masks, and marinara-sauce contouring secrets.

If there's one celeb we can always count on to give us the behind-the-scenes truth, it's no surprise the Veronica Mars star is it. Never change, Kristen!
