You need these Ryan Gosling leggings

Hey, girl, now you can wear me on your butt while you do a squat—or at least that’s what a Ryan Gosling meme of these leggings would look like.

Gosling is the subject of a ton of Internet attention. (One of our personal contributions is the above kale reference, which we dreamed up for Valentine’s Day). But now, fitness fashion is taking note.

Clashist, a fashion brand that started earlier this year out of Los Angeles, makes printed Spandex leggings, skirts, t-shirts, and sweatshirts—and it’s found a way to turn emblazon Ryan Gosling’s face on some of them, kind of Tiger Beatdecoupage style. “It’s deeper than just a print,” says Heather Lipner, Clashist’s founder, of her concept.

Lipner’s sartorial use of celebrities like James Franco, Johnny Depp, Channing Tatum, Sam Jones (Kim Cattrall’s character on Sex and the City), and Drake have also made appearances in her line—and celebrities love wearing other celebrities, apparently, too. Actresses Aubrey Plaza, Leslie Mann, and Mindy Kaling, and producer Judd Apatow have all been spotted donning Clashist. There was also that famously hilarious time of Macaulay Culkin wearing a t-shirt of Ryan Gosling wearing a Macaulay Culkin t-shirt.

For your fitness fashion closet, the Gosling Spandex-polyester leggings and bike shorts are ready for you to sweat in. Though they’re a world away from your Wunder Unders and the rest of the black yoga pants filling your closet. “Nowadays, women aren’t so serious about working out in performance clothes constantly,” Lipner observes.

But, working out while wearing Ryan? That could improve my treadmill performance ten fold. —Molly Gallagher
