Missing sand in your toes? Head to the Sports Center at Chelsea Piers for the launch of a Winter Beach Yoga series, with Monday morning classes (for members or day-pass holders) taking place on the indoor sand volleyball court.
TUESDAY December 8
Join Runstreet for a Runners Visualization workshop, where a meditation teacher and run coach will teach you to improve your running performance via mental training. A second session will be held on December 15.
