DJ Scott Melker spins records for Flywheel Sports

Scott Melker has one of the fitness world’s more unusual jobs. The University of Pennsylvania graduate is the resident DJ at spinning studio Flywheel Sports.  “I work closely with the instructors to find the perfect songs—whether it’s for a huge climb or a downhill sprint,” says Melker, who owns NYC Wedding Music.

In addition to creating set lists designed to make you crank up the resistance, Melker provides the studio with remixes that only DJs have access to.

For Summer 2011, Melker created a special playlist for Well+Good for whatever killer cardio workout, or pool party, you’re rocking this summer. To listen to the full mix, click here.
