outdoor yoga 1We’ve finally made it to above-freezing temps and we really, really, can’t wait for the snow to melt. It’s been pretty and all, but is it spring yet?

Until then, snowga (AKA yoga…in the snow) is making us a little bit less resentful towards the piles of white (er, gray) stuff. It’s everywhere, thanks to Instagram yogis like Laura Kasperzak, above, and Masumi Goldman, who have been posting outdoor yoga photos for years, and have been credited with popularizing #snowga on Instagram in the New York Times.
