As part of our partnership with AMEX, Well+Good readers in five cities came together to celebrate Small Business Saturday, (AKA #smallbizsat) this past weekend by sweating it out at their favorite neighborhood fitness studios.

At The Handle Bar in Boston, Swerve in New York City, Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago, Avant Barre in San Francisco, and The Studio MDR in Los Angeles, readers enjoyed a meet-and-greet with the inspiring entrepreneurs behind the studios—these people live and breathe their work—followed by juices from a local juice bar, giveaways from an indie beauty brand, and a Well+Good tote for all of their swag. Lucky attendees in each city even went home with an AMEX gift card.

We scored shots of the inspiring events across the country. Check them out now…
