Yes, you are watching an actual Well+Good meeting (we do have fun around here). As part of our new #workdayworkout challenge, we traded status updates for squats—and we want you to do the same.

Our newest Sweat Series workout with Athleta (online for the first time!) is a full-body workout in just five minutes—so it’s totally doable. (Do you really need that second coffee break?)

And as you can see, our whole team put laptops away and green juices down to give it everything we’ve got for the five-minute sesh. So grab your favorite crew of co-workers and show the world what you’re made of, with a #workdayworkout photo or video. Gauntlet, dropped.
