Sticking to your health goals can be difficult when traveling (especially if you don’t live near one of America’s healthiest airports). But one restaurant group wants to make sure you’re fueling up properly as you head to your summer wellness destination of choice. Enter the Eat Well. Travel Further. pop-ups that are, well, popping up in airports (and on highways) across the country.

So, if your deepest pre-flight wish is to be able to grab something other than a nutrition bar in the healthy-food deserts we call airports, you have a lot of new options—think Paleo-friendly bento boxes, energy bars, kale chips, chickpeas, and fresh and dried fruit. And if you’re thirsty, you’ll have a choice of everything from kombucha and sparkling probiotic water to ginger and turmeric shots. Plus, they’re all packaged to be as transportable as possible—so no more having to shove your styrofoam sandwich container in the seat-back pocket. (And it’s not a guarantee, but word is that tastings and samples are part of the pop-up plan.)

If you’re thirsty, you’ll have a choice of everything from kombucha and sparkling probiotic water to ginger and turmeric shots.

The pop-ups are supported by HMSHost—the highway and airport food-service company that works with franchises like California Pizza Kitchen and Outback Steakhouse. “Eat Well. Travel Further. emphasizes our commitment to bring on-trend dining experiences to travelers that include original choices and variety,” HMSHost President and CEO Steve Johnson said in a release.

Find the grab-and-go pop-ups at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport, Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport, Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, Orlando International Airport, and at the Grover Cleveland Service Plaza on the New Jersey Turnpike. (Look for the “Fresh Today” signs.)

Between the wellness pop-ups, yoga roomsairport-grown vegetables and natural beauty vending machines, a two-hour delay isn’t sounding so bad.
