More and more Manhattan health and fitness faves are debuting a Hamptons outpost this summer—think Juice Press, Bari Studio, and SLT.

From AKT in Motion (Anna Kaiser’s dance cardio method) and Pilates ProWorks at Surf Lodge to the Bradford Method (which uses a tricked-out Pilates reformer and trampolines), you’ll be hard-pressed to hunker down out East without breaking a sweat.

Here are nine of the brand-new healthy hot spots and workouts offered at the beach this season.

Look for TRX Pro workouts (intense strength training) on Saturdays and Pilates Pro classes (a high energy, music-fueled power workout) on Sundays. Added bonus?
