September is the new January, which means fresh starts for everything from your morning routine to your meal-prep lineup. There's no shortage of studios and gyms opening this season, and your fitness regimen is about to get a major reset with 10 hot, new places to have on your radar.

These are some of the buzziest spots to sweat around, and you'll keep hearing about them in 2018. Consider this fall yet another sign that boutique fitness is going even more mainstream (especially since ClassPass' big expansion news). There are almost too many big-name chains adding new locations all over the country. Consider this your cheat sheet to the ones where the cool kids in wellness will go to play.

Keep reading for everything you need to know about the hottest fitness studios opening this fall. (Expect to see them on all the fitfluencer Insta stories soon!)

1. Banana Skirt Productions

Get ready for yet another cardio dance concept in New York City. Fitfluencer Hannah Bronfman is a fan of Banana Skirt Productions, which is opening its first studio this fall and will host a wide range of classes (with a promise to make you feel like you're in a music video IRL). Class themes range from Starpop Videography to Ratchet Fitness to Popstar Yoga to HIIT Dance Fusion. Ever dreamed of being one of Beyoncé's backup dancers? Well, this will feel pretty close.

2. Love Yoga

Love Yoga opened its second light-filled, airy location this September in Echo Park, Los Angeles. It's one sign of a trend in yoga studios that promise to be more than just a place to call om. Here you'll find a solid community that pays attention to total health of the body, mind, and spirit.

3. RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology

Kundalini yoga leader Guru Jagat (Kate Hudson, Alicia Keys, and Amanda Chantal Bacon are a few of her fans) is expanding the RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology with a new location on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Set to open on October 15, the studio is a “culture club” for all things Kundalini yoga and meditation. Think a high-vibe yoga studio, but with a dreamy outdoor space and a boutique.

4. No. 1 Carnaby by Sweaty Betty

No need to replace your cardio with shopping these days. Sweaty Betty is following in the footsteps of fellow activewear retailers like Athleta and Bandier by opening a fitness studio in its 3,500 square-foot flagship London location. The British brand invited only the hottest instructors to lead sweat sessions at the new space, which is open now.

5. Fit Pregnancy Club

Moms-to-be in New York City have a new fitness haven at Fit Pregnancy Club, which opened in Soho on October 16. The studio is a pioneer for brick-and-mortar fitness spots that cater to pregnant women (say goodbye to questionable modifications and awkward glances at your belly during class.) Although you don't have to be pregnant to attend a class, the studio specializes in small groups with focus on pre- and post-natal needs.

6. New Vibe Yoga

Alex Schatzberg opened a 2,000 square-foot yoga oasis this September on St. Mark's Place in NYC. His new studio is sure to be the next best thing to (actually) escaping the city for a dreamy retreat. While some like to be one with nature melting their stress away on the mat, expect to become one with art in this yoga-studio-meets-art-gallery space.

7. Rumble

The celeb-favorite boxing-cum-bootcamp concept just opened a second Noho location in NYC, and will open on the Upper East Side by the end of the year. That means even more places to sweat it out with fellow boxing fans Gigi Hadid, Karlie Kloss, and Adriana Lima—just to name a few.

8. CorePower Yoga Williamsburg

The booming yoga brand just opened two new locations in NYC: one on the Upper West Side and the other over the bridge to Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The quick additions in the Big Apple suggest that the popular studio has no plans to slow down anytime soon.

9. Y7 Studio Williamsburg

The uber-popular hip-hop yoga concept is taking its sweat-dripping, beat-bumping yoga flows to Williamsburg (again) on October 5, with a new flagship location at 170 S. 1st Street. The studio is also adding a fresh lineup of classes to its Bowery spot. Consider the Bowery Lab studio as Y7's think tank, where experimental classes are offered for advanced practitioners. Think harder flows and more inversions—i.e. yoga on another level.

10. Shadowbox Los Angeles

The SoulCycle of boxing is opening its first West Coast location in downtown Los Angeles at ROW Collective. This is big news for boxing, as the workout continues to steadily pick up speed among millennial women—and everyone else who's a fan of the high-energy, total-body workout.
