4 inversion workshops you’ll flip for this month

This month, New York yogis are getting turned upside down.

We’re not sure why, but yoga studios all over the city just happen to be offering workshops to help you work on inversions.

So, if you were planning on making the mastery of forearm stand your New Year’s resolution, here’s a head start.

Check out these four inversion workshops happening this month:

1. Inversions Workshop at Yoga Agora
Instead of dinner and drinks, spend your Friday night kicking up with Corey Loftus and Francesca McGrory at this cozy neighborhood studio in Astoria. Friday, November 30, 8:30–10:30 p.m., $15, www.yogaagora.com

2. Monthly Inversion Workshop at Laughing Lotus

3. Inversion Immersion at Bend and Bloom
