Today marks the debut of Fifty Shades of Kale, a cookbook that showcases the nutrition-packed green’s sexier side with fifty recipes that are “bound to please.” Ahem.

We chatted with Drew Ramsey, MD., who with celebrity chef Jennifer Iserloh, tag teamed the new book and the best-selling e-book version last year. He gave us a taste of some of the kale recipes—ranging from afternoon quickies (You Are My Goddess Guacamole) to more a formal affair (Spicy Mussels with Kale)—that are just waiting for you to get your hands on them.
