Last week, LA-based Harley Pasternak—trainer to celebs like Megan Fox, Lady Gaga, and Katy Perry—was in New York with Planters, promoting the heart healthy benefits of peanuts. We took the opportunity to invite him over to chat about his new book, The Body Reset Diet, which debuts on March 12. Pasternak told us about his 15-week plan for total-body transformation, and why a blender plays such a huge role in all of it.
