The bar for wedding proposals that make you go “awww…” has just been set high—like, waist high.

Steph Gardner and Alec Horan have been doing AcroYoga together for two years, and during that time they fell, er, head over heels for each other. The duo regularly post photos and videos of their partnered acrobatic moves, so when Horan recently asked Gardner if he could set up his camera to film them doing a sequence on the beach, she wasn’t suspicious. Only this time, he totally switched up the ending on his unsuspecting girlfriend by asking her to marry him mid-pose.

“It was 100 percent genuine, and she had no idea.”

“It wasn’t staged,” he tells The Daily Mail. “It was 100 percent genuine, and she had no idea. If anyone is inferring she knew, just look at the tape. Steph is extremely emotional. She tears up. I teared up.”

Watch the video and decide for yourself—and then maybe sign up for that AcroYoga class you’ve been eyeing….

Okay, that was super sweet, but this NSFW video of men in kilts doing yoga is downright hilarious. So is this BTS look at how Rumble Boxing trainers get ready together.
