As a long-time Victoria’s Secret model and mother of two who’s ranked on Forbes’ list of the highest-paid women in her industry, Alessandra Ambrosio surely has a secret stockpile of bananas (so to speak). At a Words with Friends event in Los Angeles earlier this month (she’s a huge fan of the game because she says it helps her stay connected with friends and family), the supermodel shared a surprising tip for prepping her mind, body, and soul for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show—and it’s a habit you can copy before any big event.
