For fall, it was the water bottle. But at Alexander Wang’s Spring 2015 Ready to Wear show last week, he was drunk on an entirely different fitness accessory: the sneaker.

Riffing on your favorite Nike Flyknits were Wang’s neon knitted body-con dresses, while some white-and-kelly green tennis sets with perforation detailing evoked Adidas’ classic Stan Smith sneakers. What this all means? The designer has taken Chanel and Dior‘s runway sneakers into the dress category.

But Wang’s most out-there reinterpretation of the sneaker was in the accessories category, with Air Jordan-esque handbags, clutched under the models’ arms.
