Celebrate “Giving Tuesday” with IntenSati founder Patricia Moreno

This Tuesday, you can help provide fitness and nutrition education for under-served New York City kids at this gratitude-based workout event.

Your post-Thanksgiving weekend just keeps getting busier. In addition to Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, a new movement has introduced “Giving Tuesday,” a day to pay forward all that gratitude you cultivated on Turkey (or Tofurkey) Day.

And Patricia Moreno, the founder of affirmation-laced cardio workout IntenSati, is inviting you to celebrate the day with her at a special benefit class at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 27, in Soho, with sweat, snacks, and giveaways.

Proceeds from the class will benefit HealthClass2.0, a charity founded by Intensati instructor Natalia Petrzela and activist Ellen Gustafson that provides experiential education in fitness and nutrition to under-resourced New York City communities.

Sounds like the perfect way to kick off a holiday season filled with heart.
