The Lotus Super Summit, from June 14–16, is an annual, must-attend event for yoga teachers and students in New York. Think of it as an urban yoga retreat—the weekend schedule is chock full of workshops, classes, and compelling speakers.

Take classes with master teachers including Laughing Lotus Co-Founder and Director Dana Trixie Flynn and Creative Directors Alison Cramer, Sheri Celentano, and Mary Dana Abbot. It’s also a great opportunity to mingle with fellow yoga students and teachers-in-training (the Summit counts toward 30-hours of continuing education credit).

Along with yoga classes, you’ll participate in workshops like injury prevention, teaching prenatal students, Ayurveda, meditation—even web development! And, because all that yoga is sure to work up an appetite, you’ll enjoy delicious food from Chopt Creative Salad Company and Organic Avenue for lunch.

The entire retreat wraps up with a celebratory, blowout party featuring the Lotus Temple Dancers. Dancing not optional.

Best of all, you’ll be doing that cobra pose for a cause—the Summit sponsors the Lineage Project, which brings yoga to NYC’s at-risk and in-need youth. Last year, the Summit raised $4,000, a number they hope to triple this year!

Register now to save $50 on the full Lotus weekend pass! Early bird special ends May 14. (Day passes and individual event tickets are also available.)
