Toned quads aren’t all you’ll get from a Citi Bike membership this month. Through December 15, the bike share program is offering a program called “Dock & Dine,” with 10 restaurants that are located near docking stations offering deals for riders.

Healthy deals include 30 percent off green juices and salads at Melvin’s Juice Box or a free drink to wash down your hummus-quinoa sandwich at Taim. Other options, like free ice cream at Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken, for example, may warrant some extra pedaling afterwards. Ideally uphill.

And if you’re going to use the Lavo deal, please, don’t drink and cycle. —Lisa Elaine Held
