We love any opportunity to take our workouts outdoors. So we flipped when CLAY Health Club + Spa debuted a new Rooftop Fitness Series. If you haven’t visited CLAY, it’s a seriously swanky downtown gym featuring classes with many of the city’s top instructors.

highBARRE, Mondays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
One of CLAY’s signature classes, highBARRE will sculpt your legs, lift your seat, create sexy and defined shoulders and give you rock hard abs. This workout infuses the principles of classical dance, Pilates, yoga, isometrics, and a little bit of funk.
Sunrise Yoga, Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 a.m. | Sunset Yoga, Tuesdays, 7:30-8:45 p.m.
At sunrise and sunset, flow through poses and de-stress while enhancing your flexibility and calming your mind. Each Vinyasa class incorporates traditional poses and breathing techniques that flow seamlessly from beginning to end.
H.E.A.T., Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
High Energy Active Training (aka H.E.A.T.) will shock and awe the body with a workout that constantly changes. Break through plateaus and reach your fitness goals with a dynamic class of cardio and resistance training.
