You’re invited to attend our upcoming Mio Workout Wonder with Cyc Fitness! It’s the next hot-ticket event in our beauty-fitness series with the pioneering British brand Mio, whose tagline is one we can get behind: Fit Bodies Need Fit Skin.

Join us for indoor cycling in a nightclub atmosphere at Cyc Fitness, led by the brand’s creator (and one of the hottest Hawaiians in town), Keoni Hudoba, on Tuesday, July 15.

You’ll spend 45 minutes cycling to high-energy music with an athletic edge (there are four songs that call for hand weights!) all in celebration of the Tour de France—then get Mio’d. (Think mini spa treatments, LuliTonix blends, and beauty swag.)

Come with clothes you can sweat in (water bottle, towel, and spin shoes will be provided).

Book your ticket now—it will sell out!

And each month keep an eye out here on Well+Good for the next Workout Wonder.

Last month, it was a hybrid Reformer Pilates-barre class at Flex, a hot Union Square studio. There are 11 Workout Wonders, at the hottest New York studios, in all!
