Well+Good takes over CLAY Health Club + Spa for an afternoon of
fitness, beauty, nutrition, and a little R&R at the spa

2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
CLAY is located at 25 West 14th Street (between Fifth and Sixth Aves.)
First, choose your workout:
A) 2:30 – Clay Cycle with Jamie Norcini (Only 15 spots available)
B) 2:30 – Flow and Glow Yoga with Narween Otto
C) Create your own schedule, using the weight and cardio decks.
Then, chill out—in the sauna or on the roof deck:
Spend the afternoon luxuriating in the spa-like locker room with four private saunas, and hanging out with a friend in the chic lounge by the fireplace or on the roof deck.
At 4:00 p.m., learn how your workouts might be causing breakouts from Shaffali Miglani, founder of natural beauty line, Shaffali. In this 10-minute interactive talk, you’ll learn how to cleanse your skin (and how often), what ingredients do the trick, and try samples of Shaffali’s purifying products.
