Flavorpill hosts free outdoor yoga this weekend with Elena Brower

It's not too late to get in some urban outdoor yoga. Get your om on in Brooklyn this Sunday at the Botanic Gardens with Flavorpill and Elena Brower.

It may be September, but it’s not too late to get in some urban outdoor yoga. (Especially if you missed the city’s many offerings because you were sunning in Montauk all summer.)

This Sunday at 11:00 a.m.,  Flavorpill is hosting a free yoga class at the gorgeous Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s Cherry Tree Esplanade, with superstar instructor Elena Brower teaching. A Tai Chi class will follow. The trees won’t be all pretty-in-pick, unfortunately, but a huge lush lawn amid gardens in the middle of Brooklyn isn’t too bad either, really.

The class also comes with lots of swag: Vita Coco, Balance Water, KIND Bars, and a free yoga mat if you’re one of the first 300 guests. Sounds like a giant yoga party worth heading to apres brunch. —Lisa Elaine Held
