We love training at The Sports Center. The gym is literally the size of four footballs fields and the luxury of space makes us forget we live in New York City. The group fitness classes are tops (Power Hour and Road Trip with Andrew Kalley are some of our faves), and we love spicing up our workout routine on the 50-foot rock wall, in the boxing ring, or in the 25-yard swimming pool.

You can apply the personal training session to weight-lifting or to any other modality the Sports Center offers instruction in—swimming, boxing, rock climbing, running.

·Waiver must be signed and valid photo ID presented on first visit
·Week membership and training session must be used by the same person.
·Training session must be used during the week membership and are subject to trainer availability.
·Not valid for current members or non-members who have purchased personal training services in the past six months.
