Your typical meditation is a solo activity. But thanks to a new partnership between Headspace and Snapchat—the dynamic duo the world didn't know it needed until literally right this second—you can find your calm with friends virtually from the comfort of your own home.

According to Forbes, the latest Snapchat update allows you to access Headspace Minis, where there are six different (and totally free) topics to choose from, including "Just Breathe, "Get Out of a Funk," and "Kick the Panic." Basically, there's a way to wind down no matter how you're feeling. While you can do these meditations by yourself, you can do do a guided meditation with a friend—a completely new feature that doesn't exist in the Headspace app. And there's a reason behind connecting friends in this way.

A Snapchat spokesperson said users typically turn to friends when they're experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress, so they hope this feature can "provide a safe space for friends to practice mindfulness and be able to send encouraging messages to positively boost friends in need." The hope is that by allowing people to talk more openly about mental health, the world becomes more comfortable with having these honest conversations. Even if that's by simply chatting one of Headspace's new stickers to a friend to tell them how you're feeling.

To try the new feature out for yourself, all you need to do is update your Snapchat app then search for Headspace in the Mini Drawer, says the app. The next thing you know, you'll be deep-breathing your way to bliss.
