Monday, July 18: Kick off your week with an evening of Fitness Fight Camp, a kickboxing bootcamp in Central Park. Page 8.

Tuesday, July 19: Take part in a group run and strength workout in Brooklyn Bridge Park with Hot Bird Running. Page 12.

Wednesday, July 20: Head to a Hudson River pier after work for a free outdoor yoga class with Hollis from Yogaworks followed by free frozen cocoa from Organicoa. Page 4.

Thursday, July 21: Add some speed to the end of the week by flying through a class at Trapeze School NY. Page 10.

Friday, July 22: Set the tone for a relaxing, healthy weekend with garden seating and fresh farm-to-table fare at The Farm on Adderley. Page 14.

Saturday, July 23: In the Hamptons for the weekend? Treat your beach-weathered body to a day at Naturopathica’s all-natural spa in East Hampton. Page 9.

Sunday, July 24: Make your way upstate for the 15th Annual Hudson Valley Triathlon. If you never made it past “guppy” at swimming lessons, there’s also a Biathlon. Page 19.
