Whether you lean left or right, we’re guessing being a big-time politico is no small—nor stress-free—feat. And running for president? Probably not a super chill endeavor. So how does presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton keep her cool on the campaign trail? Meditation, of course.

“I haven’t been doing it as regularly as I used to, but I can meditate,” she told WABC’s Joan Hamburg, Page Six reports. “I can do deep breathing, but I haven’t been able to do yoga, which I love. I haven’t been able to do enough of my workouts…[Meditation] has helped me a lot…Just slow yourself down, do that deep breathing that can give you a sense of relaxation and groundedness…You don’t have to sit with your legs crossed in some quiet room. Literally, you can do it on a plane, or in a car.”

Squeezing in a meditation sesh on the go? We vote yes for that! Guess we know how she earned that “Chillary” nickname.
