On Tuesday at Hudson River Park’s Pier 25, join celebrity yogi Gwen Lawrence—the NY Giants’ yoga teacher—for a class that draws from her unique combination of dance, massage, and yoga training, and promises to make you sweat. Free

Wednesday, June 19, 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.

Sign up for Peace Core Fitcamp on the High Line for an intense workout that combines Marine Corps-style intervals with kickboxing and yoga. $30 per class

Friday, June 21, multiple classes throughout the day

Spend the year’s longest day flowing through sun salutations and vinyasa at the Solstice in Times Square: Athleta Mind Over Madness Yoga—amid skyscrapers, neon lights, and tourissts. Classes will be taught throughout the day by instructors like Athleta model-athlete Drisana Carey and Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee, and you can expect giveaways and goodie bags.
