Jennifer Aniston has the healthiest travel habits (of course)

From inedible airplane food to exhausting time changes, it can be challenging to give your body what it needs when you’re traveling. Unless you’re Jennifer Aniston. Then, obviously, you’re a travel-wellness champion.

In a recent interview with Yahoo Health, the beloved actress told the online publication that she packs a salad before boarding the plane, and other than the occasional Bloody Mary, she loads up on water, water, and more water.

Also in her carry-on: her Mandy Ingber workout DVD and resistance bands. She also has an impressive cure for jet lag. After a long flight, she gets off the plane and hits the ground running—literally—for 30 minutes.

Other healthy habits Aniston reveals in the interview? She practices Transcendental Meditation and has a ballet barre at home, where she invites her girlfriends over for class sometimes. Can we get an invite, Jenn? —Amy Marturana
