In a recent interview with Yahoo Health, the beloved actress told the online publication that she packs a salad before boarding the plane, and other than the occasional Bloody Mary, she loads up on water, water, and more water.
Also in her carry-on: her Mandy Ingber workout DVD and resistance bands. She also has an impressive cure for jet lag. After a long flight, she gets off the plane and hits the ground running—literally—for 30 minutes.
