Just close your eyes, slow your breath, and clear your mind—Lena Dunham is going to take you through a guided meditation.

Or at least, try. The Girls star—and clean beauty convert—recently teamed up with Vogue (and a few famous friends) for a four-minute meditation attempt that shows the mind-wandering truth behind the closed eyes of meditators.

From thinking about what to make for dinner, stressing over slightly neglected friendships, and answering life’s long-unanswered questions (do all dogs secretly hate you?), Dunham’s video pretty much nails every thought that’s ever crossed your mind during a meditation sesh. (And it includes cameos from boyfriend Jack Antonoff, Girls castmate Jemima Kirke, Fresh Off the Boat‘s Constance Wu, and others.)

Just sit back and relax because Dunham is about to take you on a mindful journey guaranteed to help alleviate stress—since laughter is the best medicine after all.

And if your attempt to handle it all in a calm way ends in even more stress? Kick off those shoes and climb in bed with some burgers and ice cream—Dunham says it’s okay.
