I usually wake up around 7:30 a.m. First thing in the morning, I like to do Vedic meditation for about 20 minutes.

After that, I try to go for a walk or bike ride with my boyfriend and get an English breakfast tea. By 9 a.m., I’m at my workout class. I alternate between Pilates at Flesh and Bone in Brooklyn, SoulCycle, or yoga at Sync Studio. Then, I grab a juice from Shanti Shack.

I like to start my days by having fun, so when I get home I play my favorite song while I shower. Right now, I’m loving the Soulwax remix of Tame Impala’s “Let it Happen.” After my shower, I moisturize my skin with Live Live & Organic Bee Yummy Skin Food.

Before I leave the house I try on about a hundred different outfits. But I usually end up wearing black high-waisted Madewell jeans, a t-shirt, and my Chelsea boots!
