1 bunch kale
1 bunch spinach
1 bunch parsley
2 stalks celery
1 medium cucumber
1 generous handful of fresh pineapple
(Optional: Add one small knob of fresh organic turmeric or ginger root, and the juice of 1/2 lemon for more of a kick.)
