My Workout Playlist: Barry’s Bootcamp’s Courtney Paul

Courtney PaulStill running to songs of seasons past? We’re here to help! Each week, we share the tunes of popular fitness instructors who’ve got a serious knack for cranking out amazingly motivating music.

This week we tapped star (and, um, sexy) Barry’s Bootcamp master trainer Courtney Paul to share his workout jams.

Paul is also the creator of his own fitness method, CPX, and will soon star in Bravo’s Work Out New Yorkand he gets clients motivated with a killer combination of hip-hop and bass-heavy EDM that can push them through the toughest sweat session.

The next time you’re looking to crank up the intensity, follow Paul’s lead with his playlist here. We can’t promise your muscles will look like his, but you may be tempted to throw some dance moves into your Tabata intervals—Emily Karr
