First thing I did when I woke up this morning: Brushed my teeth.

Workout I’m currently obsessed with: Barre class, specifically Physique 57—all classes, including mat.

The one wellness trend you'll never see me try: I am pretty discriminating, but I never say never....

If sugar was a superfood, my diet would consist of: Sugar can never be a superfood, even in fiction.

The last time I used my oven: I eat mostly raw so… [it's been] at least five years.

I never make a smoothie without adding: Olive oil.

If I were a fruit or vegetable, I’d be: An apple. An apple a day keeps the doctor away!

The one beauty product that I’m always replenishing : Hair, skin, and nail supplements.

My go-to spot for date night with my BF/GF/BFFs: Any place quiet for serious conversation.

Where I go when I need to be alone: The beach.

Most people probably don’t know this about me, but: I never went to Studio 54 and I don’t drink or do drugs!

One way I’ve given back that I’m proud of is: My fashion class in my former high school. I created a studio in the early '90s to mentor and support promising design students.

My mantra of the moment: Balance.

I firmly believe that a woman can never have too many: Big dreams.
