Last night, Well+Good’s 2013 Healthy Summer Guide to New York City made its TV debut!

In a segment on ABC’s Eyewitness News, reporter Lauren Glassberg focused on the variety of free workouts listed in the Guide, highlighting a few options around the city.

What did she check out on camera? Sacred Sounds Yoga on Pier 46 with owner Stephanie Chang and instructor Danielle Tafeen, Brooklyn Strength in Brooklyn Bridge Park with Cadence Dubus, and Tai Chi with David Weiss in Socrates Sculpture Park in Long Island City.
