If Burlesque had its cultural moment in 2009, it’s having its fitness moment in 2010. And for the next few days, Burlesque Boot Camp sessions cost only $9 a class via Lifebooker (normally $25/class).

Kitty Cavalier, a burlesque and competitive ballroom dancer, and sidekick Lady Chardonnay team teach this dance-based class. Kitty likes to say that she “teaches the masses to love their asses.” Her method? “Equal parts serious exercise and super sexy dance instruction.
