SoulCycle opened the doors to a Palo Alto studio today, Friday, November 22. And it also announced that its new Flatiron location, on 19th Street between Fifth and Sixth, will debut on Wednesday, December 4, with 63 bikes. (Yes, we announce another Soul opening every week.)

Uplift Studios will debut 25-minute express versions of its Cardio and Strength classes on December 2, for the busiest of New York women.

Brooklyn’s Chalk Gyms introduced a new series of mommy or daddy-and-me classes, from yoga to bootcamp. (A program we’re also calling Babies as Weights!) The classes will be free for members for the first two weeks of December.
