Celeb raw food chef and author Matthew Kenney has been really busy this month.
On Tuesday, March 12, Kenney opened his first juice bar and takeout spot called M.A.K.E. Out, in Santa Monica. (It’s next door to his high-end raw-food restaurant, M.A.K.E., which opened last fall.)
The new spot gives fans of his high-end juices, smoothies, and raw treats the opportunity to grab and go for the first time.
The following day, Kenney released a new cookbook with co-author Meredith Baird, Everyday Raw Detox—the latest in a series that includes Everyday Raw Express and Everyday Raw Desserts.
If our DIY dehydrated dishes looked as enticing as theirs, we’d eat raw foods every day, too. These books should help us with that.
