For many of you, Sadie Lincoln needs no introduction. The West-Coast-based fitness guru worked your core, glutes, and thighs with us a few years ago.

Now, on June 19, Lincoln is bringing her popular barre3 workout back to New York City for two very special classes, exclusively for Well+Good readers.

You can expect a dynamic 60-minute class, which focuses on balance and posture, and Lincoln’s signature sequences that draw from Pilates, yoga, and ballet. Class is followed by an informal Q+A session.

Class will be held at the Baryshnikov Art Center, the legendary rehearsal space.

Space is limited to just 30 people per class, so book now!

When: Tuesday, June 19. Two classes: 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
